1. 條款接受
存取或使用 kcrdoc.com 網站、KCRDoc 主控台或任何經分享連結提供之功能（合稱「本服務」），即表示你同意受本服務條款約束。如你代表機構使用本服務，即表示你有權使該機構受本條款約束。
2. 服務說明
KCRDoc（「本公司」）是一項產品與服務，為企業資料防洩漏（DLP）與文件合規平台，功能包括：文件掃描入庫、OCR 抽取、AI 自動分類、風險評估與隔離、語意搜尋、鑑識水印、安全分享、電子簽署、審批工作流、保存政策與稽核日誌。本服務目前以先導（pilot）／評估形態提供。
3. 帳戶與存取
- 你須妥善保管帳戶憑證；以你帳戶進行之操作均視為你本人所為，並記錄於稽核日誌。
- 租戶管理員負責其租戶內之用戶開立、角色與權限設定。
- 如發現未經授權存取，請立即通知我們。
4. 可接受使用
你不得：(a) 上傳你無權處理之內容；(b) 將本服務用於違法用途；(c) 試圖規避租戶隔離、權限控管、水印或其他安全機制；(d) 干擾服務運作或對其進行未經授權之壓力測試。
5. 客戶內容
你上傳之文件及其衍生資料（「客戶內容」）之擁有權屬於你或你的機構。你授予我們一項有限授權，僅為提供本服務之目的（包括 OCR、分類、索引、水印及備份）處理客戶內容。
6. AI 處理
自動分類、風險評分及語意搜尋屬輔助性質，可能出錯。任何合規或業務決定應經人工覆核；你不應僅依賴 AI 輸出作出決定。
7. 服務提供與變更
本服務按「現狀」及「現有」基礎提供，不附任何明示或默示保證。於先導階段，我們可能隨時變更、暫停或終止全部或部分功能。
8. 責任限制
在法律允許之最大範圍內，我們對任何間接、附帶、衍生或懲罰性損害概不負責；我們就本服務之全部責任，以你於索償前十二個月內就本服務支付之費用為上限。
9. 終止
任何一方可隨時終止使用。終止後，客戶內容將按租戶保存政策處理；受法律封存（legal hold）保護之記錄於封存解除前不會刪除。
10. 條款修改
我們可不時修訂本條款，修訂後將於本頁公布並更新生效日期；你於修訂後繼續使用即視為接受。
11. 管轄法律
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並依其解釋。

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the kcrdoc.com website, the KCRDoc console, or any feature reached through a shared link (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
KCRDoc ("we", "us", or the "Company") is an enterprise data-loss-prevention (DLP) and document-compliance platform covering document intake, OCR extraction, AI classification, risk scoring and quarantine, semantic search, forensic watermarking, secure sharing, eSignature, approval workflows, retention policies and audit logging. The Service is currently offered on a pilot / evaluation basis.
3. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials; actions taken under your account are attributed to you and recorded in the audit log.
- Tenant administrators are responsible for user provisioning, roles and permissions within their tenant.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: (a) upload content you have no right to process; (b) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (c) attempt to circumvent tenant isolation, permission controls, watermarking or other security mechanisms; (d) disrupt the Service or subject it to unauthorized load or penetration testing.
5. Customer content
You or your organization retain ownership of documents you upload and data derived from them ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide the Service (including OCR, classification, indexing, watermarking and backup).
6. AI processing
Automatic classification, risk scoring and semantic search are assistive and may be wrong. Compliance and business decisions should be human-reviewed; do not rely solely on AI output.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. During the pilot phase we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages; our total liability for the Service is capped at the fees you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, Customer Content is handled per the tenant's retention policy; records under an active legal hold are not deleted until the hold is released.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time; revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
